Product Description
Insert the oyster opener into the hinge (pointed side) of the oyster approx. 1,5 cm deep. Then open the shell by gently turning the knife and levering lightly. Du not lever of apply too much force if the knife is not inserted deep enough as the tip might break. To protect the hand that hold the oyster in case the knife slips we highly recommend to wear a cut resistant oyster glove.
