Pavoni Pavoflex - Lampone/Raspberry
Each raspberry measures 65x58x54 mm and contains approx. 95 ml
The silicone mold is 400x300mm. There are 12 molds in each mold
The mold can be used both in the sweet kitchen of pastry chefs and in the savory kitchen of chefs all over the world, as you get an incredible number of options.
You can use it for many things such as cakes and fillings, ice cream, baking, fromage and chocolate.

Use:
The baking mat can withstand temperatures from -40 o C to +250 o C, and can therefore be baked, frozen and can also withstand both microwave and dishwasher. Can be used in the oven on a rack or perforated baking sheet.
Cleaning:
Under running water, or in a dishwasher with mild detergent.
Ongoing maintenance as needed, 10-20 minutes in boiling water. This opens and cleans the pores in the silicone and the mat is like new again.
