SKUPVPK005 Pavocake is a system made of 6 single silicone cake molds with the same shape and inserted into a policarbonated tray 600x400 mm which can be directly put into blast chiller. Pavocake has the great advantage to be dealed in a single way during production and demoulding phase and in multiple way during moving and stocking the product, with single cake molds inserted in the tray and easy to be transported as a unique product.

Pavoni Italia and Gianluca Fusto presented the innovative Progetto Crostate, the new way to conceive the tart which are amazing to the taste and to the view. The concept starts with the creation of a mix of equipment to allow the chef to obtain tarts with perfect finishing; the key product of this system are the MONOPORTIONS micro perforated stainless steel frames: the micro holes let the shortcrust pastry to hang onto the frame, avoiding the border collapsing during baking and a perfect browning of the basis.
