Arcos fillet knife 293123 "2900" series 170 mm

is designed for professional chefs, long-term use. Knife blades are made of NITRUM stainless steel.

The ergonomically designed handle is very comfortable and safe. It consists of polypropylene (PP), which is hygienic, impact-resistant, non-slip and resistant to temperatures of 120-130 ºC. 

The transition from the handle to the blade is very strong, thanks to the polypropylene injection process.
Control the time the knives are in the water, as hard water or saline has a bad effect on the metal.
