The rounded sauté pan is ideal for reduction cooking as its small base heats quickly and its wide top diameter ensures greater evaporation while stirring the food. The polished stainless steel body features 2 bases and can fit either the long removable handle or the silicone clip-on side handles. Removable handles and lids are purchased separately. It has a rounded edge and a pouring edge. Stainless steel is practical, hygienic and easy to clean.

• ล้างด้วยฟองน้ำและน้ำยาล้างจานได้ตามปกติ 
• หลีกเลี่ยงฝอยเหล็ก เพราะอาจทำให้พื้นผิวเป็นรอย
• สามารถทำความสะอาดด้วยเครื่องล้างจานได้
• เมื่อล้างเสร็จควรเช็ดให้แห้งทุกครั้ง
