With this grater made of stainless steel and plastic you will turn, among other things, ginger, lemon, garlic and wasabi, into a puree that can be used in many dishes and sauces. The stainless steel part can easily be removed so none of the flavour gets lost. The grater may be placed in the dishwasher after it has been used.
