Caviar Box is the perfect accessory to work the spherification technique for cuisine.
It allows you to produce very quickly a large quantity of liquid caviar balls with great precision. With hardly any effort, you will produce more than 96 pearls per second allowing you to make a customized production in a very short time. Ideal for haute cuisine and banqueting.
Caviar Box can be used in combination with the Teppan Nitro Salva-G griddle (ref. 120/0021) to produce Nitro Dots or frozen spherifications, either sweet or savory.
In addition, Caviar Box is the only spherification tool that can be completely disassembled. Its quick-opening system allows a total cleaning with much more efficiency and speed, solving the problems of other models of similar tools. You can assemble your Caviar Box in only 20 seconds.
