To release the mixing head, you just have to use the levers on the sides of the spiral mixer.
The mixing head features a gas-lifting piston and a safety microswitch, which prevents the mixer from activating accidentally when the mixing head is raised.
The bowl can be easily removed by releasing the bowl base . This option allows the dough to be carried inside the bowl and simplifies the cleaning operations.
To release the bowl, simply unscrew the bowl base until it detaches.
