RM Gastro Pasta Cooker VT-30-EL

Pasta cooker of 8 liters for restaurant 33cm.

The top of the pasta cooker is pressed in one piece without joints for better hygiene and cleaning.

The top is made of stainless steel AISI 304.

The pasta cooker is controlled by a thermostat that can be regulated between 30°C and 110°C.

The elements are made of Incoloy 820.

Overheating protection that triggers at 130°C.

Tap for the water with removable bent waste pipe.
