INFORMATION
Grown and sun-cured in Madagascar and known worldwide as “Bourbon” vanilla beans. These beans belong to the species Vanilla planifolia and their prominence results from more than a century old tradition of meticulously curing, calibrating and conditioning vanilla beans.
Equivalency: 1/3 Vanilla Bean = 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
