Multi-Function Mobile Racking Trolley / Serving Trolley, suitable for use with both gastronorm GN 1/1 trays & pans bakery sheets. Up to 18 shelf tiers with 60mm clearance between shelves. Provides highly flexible transportation for either bakery trays or gastronorm pans, working well as either a mobile banqueting trolley or for clearing. Unique design with stop ridge of 15mm. Full stainless-steel construction with four heavy duty castors with 2 breaks. Also includes handy rubber bumpers on the castors for added protection and a locking mechanism to secure pans into place during transport. Flat packed for easy assembly.
