However, if you want to mix or stir things that aren't piping hot, you can also use this spatula like you would a regular spatula.

These spatulas come in three different sizes: 10", 14", and 16". This is the 14" model. The easy way to choose between different lengths is by determining what you'll use the spatula for, such as how hot the food will be and how deep the cooking vessel is.

Please note: these spatulas are flexible but not as flexible as some other spatulas you might use for, say, icing a cake. These are commercial spatulas that are meant for doing heavy-duty mixing.
