This unique three-piece mold easily snaps together with magnets.

This original and innovative solution created by Chocolatiers in Europe, allows the candy maker to deposit tempered chocolate into each mold to cast a hard outer diamond-shaped shell.

Once these chocolate diamond shells become firm, they can be filled with soft ganache, praline mixtures, creamy centers, liquors, fruit coulis, etc., the hole is then sealed with chocolate.
